I am pleased to renew this dental program which eliminates your out-of-pocket expense when visiting a DENTALSource network office. This program is part of your Union’s commitment to improving the welfare of all its members and applies to DENTALSource offices only.
Many of you are already familiar with DENTALSource of California’s dental office network. They have provided quality dental care to Union members in Fresno, Modesto, Stockton, Sacramento, Rancho Cordova, Folsom, and Roseville since 1978. All of the DENTALSource network offices’ non-management employees are union members.

DENTALSource will waive your $100 per person deductible and accept your Union-provided dental benefits as payment-in-full for you and your dependents.
You pay absolutely nothing out of pocket for any covered general dentistry performed
at any DENTALSource network office.

All benefits are in accordance with the limitations and provisions of your present indemnity dental insurance. Members are responsible for any fees in excess of the
maximum yearly limit. Members in need of specialized treatment may be referred to specialists not offering this dental program. Members must pay an extra fee for
cosmetic dentistry or dental procedures that are not a covered expense in their dental plan. Members enrolled in Bright Now!, Newport Dental, Delta Care USA, or United Health Care DHMOs are not eligible for the DENTALSource discount.
