Your Union-provided dental benefits are accepted as Payment-in-Full for all Examinations, X-rays, Cleanings, and Basic dental procedures for you and your dependents. Single Crowns, Root Canals, Surgical Extractions, and Major dental procedures co-payments will be substantially reduced for you and your dependents covered under Delta Dental. Members covered under Delta Dental plans group numbers not listed above, must be pre-authorized for proper co-payments.
